Location

I offer two locations for in-person sessions 

Bognor Regis,  Phoenix Center Bognor Regis PO21 5JD: Sessions take place at a therapy room at the Phoenix Centre, located by the Arena. It has parking facilities and a disabled access. The 700 bus route from the Bognor Regis town center towards Chichester is available with a short walk from Hampshire Avenue bus stop.  

Chichester, The Pavilion, Connoly Way, Graylingwell Park, Chichester, PO19 6DA: Sessions take place in a therapy room located in The Pavilion in Chichester which has on-site parking and disabled access. It has a bus route from the town center and is accessible via the 700 with a short walk from the Hornet. 

Session & Fees

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what's going on for you at your own pace. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can take place online or in person.

Fees

Individual counselling sessions are £50 per session

I offer a limited number of concession spaces - please feel free to ask if this is something you'd like to discuss

Block Booking

If you'd prefer to book multiple sessions in advance, I offer block booking options. A block of 6 sessions in available at a discounted rate of £270 (saving you £30). Booking in blocks can help you commit to the process and secure your preferred session time. 

Free 15 - Minute Consultation

If you are considering counselling but aren't quite sure yet, I offer a free 15 minute, no obligation consultation via phone or video. This gives us a chance to briefly connect, for you to ask questions, and to get a sense of whether I'm the right fit for you - with no pressure. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
